Daoudco's range of products cater to specific requirements and specifications and are tailored for individual needs.

Our meticulous quality assurance and careful selection of raw materials and additives provide a unique final

product in terms of life time, mechanical, and optical properties

Greenhouse Film

Greenhouses have changed the concept of farming by allowing for year round and off season production of otherwise seasonal products by providing optimum growing conditions for the crop. Tailored greenhouse sheets now protect crops form wind, rain, frost, direct sunlight, insects and diseases as well as other unfavorable factors. In addition greenhouses allows for earlier harvesting, efficient water and fertilizer conservation and a general increase in yield per square meter effectively creating an ideal micro climate.

Main Types of Greenhouse Film

Non Thermal - Stabilized Film

5 Layers, Co-Extruded Polyethylene Film stabilized with an UV ( HALS or NiQu ) package

for up to 24 months offering high solar radiation resistance.

Thermal - Stabilized Film

5 Layers, Co-Extruded Polyethylene Film stabilized with an UV ( HALS or NiQu ) package

and special IR additives for up to 24 months offering high solar radiation resistance and heat retention.

Thermal Long Life- Stabilized Film

5 Layers, Co-Extruded  Co-Polymer Polyethylene Film stabilized with the latest generation UV packages for up to 48 months offering high solar radiation resistance and heat retention. This type of film provides better elasticity as well as superior mechanical and optical properties increasing the life time of the film which enables extended growing duration

Additives

The wide range of additives has allowed us to formulate sheets with additional effects and advantages tailor made for specific environments. Special additives such as different UV packages, light diffusers, Infra red, anti-drip, anti-mist, anti-dust, anti-virus, photoselctive additives, and many more can be formulated for specific needs and can be controlled with better efficiency with fewer interactions on a   5 layer Co-Extrusion machine.

Low Tunnel Film

Low tunnel usage has contributed to earlier planting and harvesting since it provides excellent means of extending the growing season. They are designed for one season use for smaller crops and are smaller in height and shape than greenhouse film offering excellent protection from wind, frost, and rain

Main types of Low tunnel Film

Unstabilised Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded

Basic Polyethylene Film for one season

Thermal Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded

Thermal insulating film offering heat retention and anti drip effect

Mulching Film

Mulch Film conserves water, fertilizers, retains humidity and speeds up growth and ripening of crops through maintaining the surrounding climate. Mulch acts as a protective layer for the soil from erosion and inhibits weed growth thereby limiting fungus infection and insect infestation. It also forms a protective layer between the fruit and the soil

Main Types of Mulch Film

Black Mulch Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded High Opacity Polyethylene film for up to two seasons

Can be used in open field or in Greenhouses

Black/White Mulch Film

Multi layer Co-Extruded film with black on the interior and white on the exterior

This film acts as a reflective cover, helping decrease heat in soil

Black/Silver Mulch Film

Multi layer Co-Extruded film with black on the interior and silver on the exterior

This film reflects more light against crops and is ideal for insect repelling

Solarization Film

Solarization Film consists of large stabilized sheet covering surfaces inside greenhouses to help raise soil temperatures during periods of no production (between seasons) thereby streralizing the cultivated areas. This natural-chemical free thermal effect causes infra red transmittance and heat retention to increase the soils temperature and remove any unwanted pathogens without affecting beneficial micro organisms.

Main Types of Solarization and Fumigation films

Clear Transparent Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded

Stabilized Polyethylene Film used between seasons in hot climates

Thermal Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded

Stabilized Polyethylene Film with an IR additive for limited times between seasons and in cooler climates. Utilizes thermal effect to increase soil temperature more rapidly and efficiently

Virtually Impermeable Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded Film with special additives.

This special type of sheet is used mainly for chemical fumigants where it reduces the emission of harmful chemicals into the atmosphere

Silage Film

Silage Film is an opaque film used for protecting forage store produce under optimum humidity conditions and maintains precise temperatures by reducing light, water and air exposure

Main Types of Silage Film

White/Black Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded Film

This cover shields the produce from harmful elements while its white exterior layer acts as a reflective cover preventing temperature increase and its internal opaque black layer prevents light transmission

Green/Black Film

Multi Layer Co-Extruded Film

The main benefit of this film is to eliminate visual pollution by using an environmentally friendly color that blends with its surrounding

Bail Stretch Wrap

Multi Layer Co-Extruded Film

This multi layer stretch film for bail wrap with high tack levels ensures perfect seal to avoid water or air entering while also the necessary toughness to prevent puncturing during handling and storage

Pondliner Film

Black Films are produced, overlapped, and thermo welded to form large sized reservoirs according to needs

Reservoirs act as a collection and storage facility for irrigating farmlands or crops by waterproofing the surrounding areas in such a way to avoid leakage, and are a cheaper solution compared to cement linings or water tanks. This type of film is unique for its high resistance, durability and thickness.

A Reservoir filled with water ready to irrigate farm lands

Hydroponic Film

Hydroponic Films are thick sheets produced to form small canals where shallow stream of water containing all the dissolved nutrients required for plant growth is re-circulated past the bare roots of plants

Drip Irrigation Pipes

Drip Irrigation systems are efficient, accurate, flexible and economical irrigation options for better water management and conservation needs. This product is comprised of 16-20mm of polyethylene pipes with drippers emitting between 4-8 liters of water per hour which can be spaced according to needs. This hydraulic method of watering plants directly to the root helps in controlling the amount of water used depending on a plants need. The use of drip irrigation is beneficial in providing plants with the correct balance of water, oxygen, and essential nutrients..
